The Counting Prayer
“The world now has the means to end extreme poverty, we pray we will have the will.”
We invite every person, and every congregation in every faith in every country to join the historic St. Paul’s Chapel at Ground Zero in NYC and countingprayers.org to offer The Counting Prayer everyday and/or at every service until the Millennium Development Goals are met. Tens of thousands of prayers will turn into millions then billions, and as the prayers are answered the repetition of words will turn into advocacy then action, and finally a miracle.
Today the Prayer Vigil Counter was at 0,000,066,511. Today we had over 5000 annual prayers pledged.
Trinity Wall Street offers the prayer in the Prayers for the People, and adds an echo for a rotating MDG.

I have a prayer request for my best friend, John. His mother passed away last Sept after a long battle with Cancer. Her birthday is this Thursday (July 3.) It’s been a long lonely year for John.. he is an only child, raised by mom, no ties with his father, and not really close with relatives. Any prayer of comfort and peace through the weekend would help a lot. Thank you.
1. Pray that God will provide me with a good paying job at African Bible College.
2. Pray that God will provide me with resources to build a family house.
3. Pray that Khumbo Nyemba will be a God fearing girl.
4. Pray that God will provide me with a God fearing husband from UK.
5. Pray that God will provide me with college fees for my children to study in UK.
Please pray that my son is contacted very very soon regarding his application for Peel Police. Please pray that this final criteria that Peel Police is working on meets their requirments and that when my son is contacted it is fantastic news and he is asked to join their force. God Bless
Father, I pray that You will give Gill the willpower to lose weight, encourage her to have more exercise.
I ask that You break down any stronghold in her life that stops her from growing closer to You and to other people, and may Your will be done in her life.

Father, I Come before You in Jesus name and pray for my ex husband. Father, I am believing that You will bring him back. You are a God who heals, restores and brings change into our lives. Please place your Almighty Hand upon this broken relationship and speak your perfect words into his heart. Please grant him understanding in this very difficult situation and soften his heart. Please open his eyes and let us reconcile. I ask these things Father according to your will in the name of Jesus Amen.
