Light in the darkness
Take my heart, dear Lord, and hold it in the palm of your hand. May it beat with the pulse of you.
Shine your light into the very depth of my heart, and may your light shine through the windows of my soul so that I may be used as a beacon of light to lead others to you!

Look upon us, O Lord,
and let all the darkness of our souls
